Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled reading for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Email Readings

Email readings are non-refundable once the reading has been delivered to your inbox.

TikTok Live Readings

TikTok Live reading spots are non-refundable once purchased and you have been added to the queue.

Physical Products

Unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Opened products are non-refundable unless defective.
